Revoz – Replacement & Warranty Policy

At Revoz, we aim to provide transparent, reliable, and hassle-free mobile repair services. To ensure trust and clarity, below are our official Replacement & Warranty Policies applicable to all repairs and part replacements.

1. Warranty Duration

  • Revoz offers up to 180 days warranty on all repairs and part replacements, including:

    • Screen Replacement

    • Battery Replacement

    • Speaker/Mic

    • Charging Port

    • Back Glass

    • Other internal component repairs

  • Warranty period depends on product quality category & price chosen by the customer.


2. What Warranty Covers (Internal Issues Only)

Warranty is valid only for internal functional issues, such as:

  • Screen going blank

  • Lines appearing on the display

  • Touch not responding without any external physical impact

  • Battery draining abnormally (internal failure)

  • Charging port failing due to internal malfunction

  • Audio components malfunctioning due to internal fault

👉 No warranty is given for physical, accidental or liquid damage.


3. What Warranty Does NOT Cover (Exclusions)

Warranty will be considered void in the following cases:

  • Physical damage after repair (cracks, dents, bends, pressure marks, broken glass, etc.)

  • Liquid/Water damage after repair

  • Accidental drops

  • Unauthorized repair or tampering by any third-party after Revoz service

  • Burn marks, mishandling or negligence

  • Software or OS updates affecting performance

  • Phone motherboard issues unrelated to the replaced part


4. One-Time Replacement Policy

  • Revoz offers one-time free replacement during the warranty period only if the issue is covered under warranty conditions.

  • After one replacement, any further repairs or replacements will be chargeable as per standard pricing.


5. Warranty Start Date

  • Warranty starts from the date of repair mentioned on the customer invoice/job card.

  • Warranty cannot be extended or transferred to another device or user.


6. Policy for Screen Replacement

  • Screen warranty applies ONLY if:

    • Screen stops working internally

    • Touch stops working without any external damage

    • Display shows lines/blackout on its own

  • Warranty NOT applicable if:

    • Screen cracks

    • Edge breaks

    • Body bend causes LCD damage

    • Pressure damage

    • Liquid/moisture damage

    • Customer mishandling


7. Battery Replacement Warranty

  • Warranty applies if the battery shows internal failure such as:

    • Sudden shutdown

    • Abnormal heating due to internal issue

    • Backup significantly dropping without any physical/liquid damage

  • Warranty void if battery:

    • Swells due to external pressure

    • Gets punctured/bent

    • Shows damage via mishandling or other technician work


8. Component Replacement Warranty

All other components (mic, speaker, charging port, back glass, camera, etc.) are covered only for:

  • Internal manufacturing defects

  • Internal malfunction without external cause

No warranty applies for:

  • Physical breakage

  • Liquid exposure

  • Mishandling


9. Inspection Policy

  • For any warranty claim, the device must go through Revoz technician inspection.

  • Replacement will be processed only after confirming internal failure.

  • Revoz holds the right to deny warranty if damage is caused by customer mishandling.


10. No Fix – No Fee Policy

If your device cannot be repaired due to motherboard fault or other major issues:

  • Diagnosis is free

  • No unnecessary charges will be applied


11. Important Notes

  • Warranty applies only to the specific part replaced, not the entire phone.

  • Slight differences in display color/touch smoothness may occur depending on quality category; this is not considered a defect.

  • Refurb/Compatible parts may have different warranty terms based on quality — shared with customer at booking time.

  • Revoz is not liable for any data loss during repair; customers should backup data beforehand.


12. Customer Responsibility

To keep warranty valid:

  • Use the phone carefully

  • Avoid pressure on screen/body

  • Prevent moisture/liquid exposure

  • Do not visit third-party technicians during warranty period
